Traffic School agencies are required by Florida law to electronically file your traffic school certificate with our office within 5 days of your course completion. Failure to complete the course or pay the fine may result in additional fees, points on your driving record and the suspension of your driver license.You must attend a school certified by the State of Florida within 90 days from the date of this election.It is your responsibility to contact the agency of your choice. A list of approved traffic schools is available online from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. You are responsible for enrolling in a traffic school and paying the fee for the course.You must pay the fine at the same time you elect to attend traffic school.To verify your eligibility, use the Driver License Check provided by the Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles.
